This matter first came before this Court, on an ex parte basis, on 14 October 2019 where The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (the “Petitioner”), as a major creditor of both Youyuan International Holdings Limited (“Youyuan”) and Sunwell Trading (HK) Company Limited (“Sunwell”), applied to appoint provisional liquidators into Youyuan and Sunwell (the “Companies”).
