1. Eastweek magazine was described in submissions as a glossy variety magazine with a wide circulation in Hong Kong. It is published by Eastweek Publisher Limited which is owned by Eastweek Limited. As earlier points turning on the identity of the publisher no longer arise, I will refer to the publisher as "Eastweek" and the magazine simply as "the magazine".
