At the end of my judgment handed down on 20 February 2019: [2019] HKCFI 482 , granting an anti-suit injunction against the defendant, I made an order nisi that the defendant do pay the plaintiffs the costs of the proceedings, to be taxed if not agreed, with a certificate for two counsel.
