Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Verdict handed down on 16^th December 2019:-

1. In line 3 of paragraph 23, it should read “Nakano arranged for D1” instead of “Nakano arranged for PW1”.

2. In line 1 of paragraph 33, it should read “In his 1^st video recorded interview on 19 October 2012” instead of “2^nd video recorded interview on 2 May 2014”.

3. In line 2 of paragraph 37, it should read “Hirataka Tsutomu” instead of “Nobuyuki Nukamura”.

4. In line 1 of paragraph 61, it should read “Mr. Kong” instead of “Mr. Wong”.

5. In line 1 of paragraph 67, it should read “27 December 2010” instead of “27 December 2019”.
