These proceedings were commenced by petition dated 30 June 2011, and are brought by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) under section 214 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance Cap 571 (“SFO”). By the time of the trial, the SFC’s claim was to be found in the Re-Amended Petition dated 31 August 2015.
