An important question of company law is involved in this appeal which arises out of a petition presented under s.168A of the Companies Ordinance, Cap. 32, complaining of unfair prejudice in the conduct of a company’s affairs. The company concerned is Chime Corporation Limited (“Chime”). It is a company within the well-known Chinachem Group. Like the group as a whole, Chime had been controlled by the late Mr T.H. Wang.
