The Judge held that the applicant’s proposed grounds of appeal were broad and vague assertions containing several key words and phrases but without particulars or specifics as to how they applied to his case. The Board rejected the applicant’s case based on adverse finding on his credibility. The Judge held that in the absence of the applicant showing the well‑established grounds in a judicial review challenge, there was no reasonably arguable basis to disturb the decision of the Board.
