2.Paragraph 30 at page 21 should read “For the reasons given above, this appeal should be dismissed.  In the circumstances, there should be no order as to costs.  The plaintiff’s own costs shall be taxed in accordance with Legal Aid Regulations.”

3.At page 22, the representation of the plaintiff “Mr Shaphan Marwah, instructed by Tanner De Witt, for the Plaintiff” should read “Mr Shaphan Marwah, instructed by Tanner De Witt, assigned by the Director of Legal Aid, for the Plaintiff”
