1.  “Yeung testified for the prosecution in the applicant’s first trial and she was rewarded for so doing by the Court of Appeal who reduced her sentence to 17 years and 7 months’ imprisonment. See HKSAR v Yeung Hoi Ting [2019] 3 HKLRD 516. She did not testify in this retrial.”
