1.On page 2, paragraph 1,

(i)     line 2, the words “the courts sanction” should read “the court’s sanction”.

(ii)     line 7, the words “it’s only asset” should read “its only asset”.

(iii)    line 11, delete the word “the” before “16 June 2009”.

2.On page 2, paragraph 4, line 2, the words “listing status.  The Provisional Liquidators” should be amended to read “listing status, the Provisional Liquidators”.

3.On page 4, paragraph 8(6), the word “it discretion” should read “its discretion”.

4.On page 4, paragraph 9,

(i)     lines 2 & 3, the term “scheme creditors” should read “Scheme Creditors”.

(ii)     line 4, the word “scheme” should read “Scheme”.

5.On page 5, paragraph 10, line 9, the word “subsidiary” should be amended to read “branch”.

6.On page 6, paragraph 12, line 4, the word “enforcible” should be amended to read “enforceable”.

7.On page 7, paragraph 14, line 3, “Hong Kong” should be amended to read “the Mainland”.
