Please note the following amendment in the Decision dated 23 June 2020:

1.  In the third last sentence of paragraph 48 on page 24, add “interest and” between “with” and “costs”.

2.  Add the following sentence before the last sentence of paragraph 48 on page 24:

“Such interest to be calculated at 1% above prime rate from the date of Writ until the date of this Judgment and thereafter at judgment rate.”
