1.  Page 1, line G, “KWAN YIU HUNG” should read “KWAN YU HUNG”.

2.  Page 1, paragraph 1, line S to T, “...contract dispute between plaintiff (“AIA”, where appropriate) and the defendant (“KWAN”, where appropriate)…” should read “...contract dispute between the defendant (“AIA”, where appropriate and the plaintiff (“KWAN”, where appropriate)…”.

3.nbsp; Page 15, paragraph 33, line F to G, “defendant” should read “plaintiff”.

4.  Page 38, paragraph 90, line I to J, “…the plaintiff to exercise only, and enables the plaintiff to terminate…” should read “…the defendant to exercise only, and enables the defendant to terminate…”

5.  Page 40, paragraph 97, line C, after the words “…certificate for two counsel.”, add “The Plaintiff’s own costs be taxed in accordance with the Legal Aid Regulations”.
