1. D1 and D2 are jointly charged with two counts of dealing in arms without a licence contrary to section 14 of the Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance, Cap 238. It is alleged that they, on or about 5 June 2015 (1st charge) and 3 August 2015 (2nd charge), respectively, at MH (Trading) Company in Hong Kong, by way of trade or business, dealt in arms without a licence, namely selling a stunning device. Both defendants pleaded not guilty.
