Please note the following amendments in the Reasons for Decision dated 4 August 2020: -

1.In paragraph 3 and at page 10: “Oldham, Lie & Nie” should read

“Oldham, Li & Nie”;

2.The following sentence should be inserted after the first sentence in paragraph 14: “They never assumed or intended to assume the status of a trustee - quite the contrary.”; and

3.The reference to “Westdeutsche Bank v Islington London Borough Council [1996] AC 669” in paragraph 14 should read “Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale v Islington London Borough Council [1996] AC 669 at 715B-C and 716C-D”.
