CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 14 January 2020:-

1.Paragraph 54(1) be amended as:

The Defendant do pay the plaintiff €96,500 (or the Hong Kong dollar equivalent at the time of payment) with interest thereon at the Hong Kong prime rate plus 1% from the respective dates of payment of the two sums into the Defendant’s Account (i.e. €51,500 on 17^th October 2014 and €45,000 on 13^th October 2014) until the date of Judgment, and thereafter at the prevailing judgment rate at the time; and

2.Page 26, line P be amended as ( Phoebe Man ).
