1. This is an application for interim relief made by Apple Daily Limited ("Apple") in proceedings it has brought against the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption ("ICAC"). The proceedings below have been the subject of a ruling adverse to Apple by Lugar-Mawson, J. and the nature of the case (the right or otherwise of ICAC to seize and inspect documents of Apple) is such that it is agreed on both sides that it would be appropriate to expedite the hearing of Apple's appeal
