Please note the following corrigenda in the Decision dated 3 September 2020:

1.   In line D in paragraph 7 on page 4, “Miss Sara Wong (together with Miss Natalie So) appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff.” should read “Miss Sara Tong (together with Miss Natalie So) appeared on behalf of the Plaintiff.”;

2.   In line F in paragraph 26 on page 9, “the 3^rd Defendant’s pleaded that” should read “the 3^rd Defendant pleaded that”;

3.   In line N in paragraph 45 on page 14, “One of the Pending Docuemnts was a Form” should read “One of the Pending Documents was a Form”; and
