This is an appeal by the Plaintiff against the judgment of Au-Yeung J (“the Judge”) on 5 December 2017 (“the Judgment”) dismissing the Plaintiff’s claim to set aside the transfer of two assets from Mr Ng Shiu Kwan (“Bankrupt”) to the 1 st Defendant, wife of the Bankrupt.  A bankruptcy petition was presented against the Bankrupt on 9 May 2013 (“the Petition”).  The Plaintiff are the trustees in bankruptcy in respect of the estate of the Bankrupt.  The transactions took place on 8 October 2012
