1.Paragraph 61 be replaced by the following “Accordingly, I will make
an order that the Defendants do hand over the documents set out in Schedule 1 of the AOS to the Plaintiff within 28 days from the date of this order and within 7 days thereafter do make, file and serve on the Plaintiff an affidavit confirming that the Defendants have already handed over all the Schedule 1 Documents to the Plaintiff.”
