1. On 21 August 2020, this Court handed down a judgment in relation to the defendants’ appeals against the Master’s decision on taking of accounts etc (“ Judgment ”). As set out in the Judgment, this Court allowed the appeal on only one ground, namely Ground 1 in relation to whether the Master had erred in ordering Compound Interests in respect of the relevant principal sums ordered respectively in the 3 Actions.
