These are the appeals brought by the plaintiff (“ P ”) against the decisions (the “ Decisions ”) of Master Winnie Tsui (the “ Master ”) given on 1 June 2020 dismissing P’s Summonses both dated 19 November 2019 (“ P’s Summonses ”) for leaves to engage an expert in place of the one he originally engaged. The issue is whether P has made out a case, based on certain alleged conduct of his original expert, for the Court to exercise its discretion in favor of his applications.
