1. 案發當日（ 2020年5月6日）晚上九時左右，一隊警員到達被告人位於白田邨的公屋單位搜查，在單位內搜出本案的毒品，即24.17克固體內含21.49克可卡因和0.93克固體內含0.61克氯胺酮，與及一些包裝毒品的工具例如電子磅和大量可再封透明膠袋。
