Notice is hereby given that the following amendment be made to the judgment dated the 10^th day of March, 2021:-

In paragraph 37, the sentence beginning at page 15, line I, namely,

“Worst still, these 2 Allegations and the allegation that repayments were deducted from his salaries for the 4 months from November 2014 to February 2015 were not put to the applicant during his cross-examination for him to respond.” be deleted.

The applicant was not represented and was acting in person
