1. This is an application for review brought by the Attorney General. The respondent faced one count of grievous bodily harm with intent, it being particularized that he on 30th May 1995 outside Room 129, Block 18, Shek Kip Mei Estate, Shek Kip Mei, unlawful and maliciously caused grievous bodily harm to Chau Kam-wah with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
