Please note the following corrigendum for the Reasons for Sentence dated 16 April 2021:

1.Page 4, Line G, “By 12:35 pm, the 2nd defendant was videoed …” should read “By 12:35 pm, the 3rd defendant was videoed…”.

2.Page 4, Line Q, “… by then the other 2 defendants, the 1st and 3rd defendants were present.” should read “… by then the other 2 defendants, the 1st and 2nd defendants were present.”.

3.Page 15, Line P, “This unauthorized procession was peacefully but …” should read “This unauthorized procession was peaceful but …”.

4.Page 20, should be added paragraph 73, “On 1 April 2021, I convicted the 1st and 3rd defendants of a similar charge of taking part in an unauthorized assembly on 18 August 2019 in DCCC 536/2020. I have imposed terms of imprisonment. I take into account they were committed 2 weeks apart. Therefore, I ordered 2 months of their sentence here to be served consecutively with that imposed on the 1st and 3rd defendants in DCCC 536/2020 with the balance to be served concurrently.”
