3. 控方案情很簡單。2018年11月7日（星期三），被告在深水埗港鐵站內被2名警員截查，但被告不理睬警員的要求，甚至拿出𠝹刀，先向男警揮舞，繼而再向女警揮刀。女警開槍擊中被告腹部，被告被制服和拘捕。
