DECISION ON ASSESSMENT OF COSTS

Hon Cheung JA (giving the Decision on Assessment of Costs of the Court) :

1.Bearing in mind the matters had previously been dealt with once before Anthony Chan J, the total costs summarily assessed are $280,000 comprising of :

1)   $30,000 for solicitors;

2)   $200,000 for senior counsel; and

3)   $50,000 for junior counsel.
