On 27 April 2021 this court dismissed the appeal with costs and directed that the respondent may submit a statement of its costs for gross sum assessment within 14 days thereof, and that the appellant may submit its comments thereon within 14 days after receipt of the respondent’s statement of costs, for the purpose of the court’s summary assessment of costs on paper.
