Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 1 June 2021: -

1.   At page 1, line L, the 5^th Defendant “HSBC TRSTEE (HONG KONG) LIMITED” should read as “HSBC TRUSTEE (HONG KONG) LIMITED”. 

2.   At page 53, between line E and F, the word “in” should be inserted before “a position to control the proceedings…”.

3.   At page 68, line F, the word “obvious” should be inserted after “because the loss of value was”.

4.   At page 93, between line O and P, “Mr Adrian Ho” should be amended to “Mr Adrian Lo”.
