2. At paragraph 98, the breakdown of the calculations of EUV and pro-rata for Shop D on G/F should read “$11,583,000 and 2.5411%” and for Unit E on 1/F should read “$3,500,000 and 0.7678%”.

3. At paragraph 100, “ Mr Lee” should read “Mr J Chan ”.

4. At paragraph 105, “ Mr Lee” should read “Mr Li ”.
