1. These are claims for defamation, malicious falsehood and conspiracy to injure. The subjects of these claims relate to the two video clips published on 12 September 2013 by “appledaily” on Youtube and the three articles also published on the same day in Apple Daily, The Sun and Oriental Daily respectively. The videos and articles concerned the quality of the Plaintiff’s products, i.e. turtle jellies (龜苓膏), and the alleged Plaintiff’s malpractices of cleaning and processing mouldy turtle jellie
