These are proceedings instituted by the Plaintiff (“ Wong ”), to seek recovery of a property in Wanchai (“ Property ”) from the Defendant (“ Nicole ”), with whom he claims to have developed a “casual affair” (in his words) for 6 years (Nicole claims it was for 9 years).
