By a summons dated 27 May 2021, the applicant applied to this Court for leave to appeal against the order made by Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan (“the Deputy Judge”) dated 21 May 2021 refusing the applicant’s application for an extension of time to appeal ( [2021] HKCFI 1389 ) (“the EOT Decision”) against the Deputy Judge’s previous order dated 12 August 2020 refusing to grant leave to the applicant to apply for judicial review ( [2020] HKCFI 1917 ) (“the Leave Decision”).
