Please note the following amendment(s)  in the Decision handed down on 20 December 2021:-

1.  Page 2, paragraph 3 “…there are no tribal issues left for the court to determine.” should read as “…there are no triable issues left for the court to determine”.

2.  Page 9, paragraph 26 “…there are no tribal issues remained for determination by way of a proper trial.” should read as “…there are no triable issues remained for determination by way of a proper trial”.

3.  Page 9, paragraph 26 “The application is dismissed with costs.” should read as “The application is dismissed”.

4.  Page 10, Parties’ Representation: “Mr Lam Abel, instructed by Ho & Lam, for the defendant” should read as “Mr Lam Abel and Mr Jay Koon, instructed by Ho & Lam, for the defendant”.
