Kindly note that the following correction in the Judgment handed down by Deputy High Court Judge Laurence Li SC on 13 January 2022:

1.At Page 3, paragraph 9, “On the 22th …” should read as “On the 22nd …”.

2.At Page 3, paragraph 11(1), “No. 381 Kam Tsin Kwu Yung …” should read as “No. 381 Kam Tsin Kwu Tung …”.

3.At Page 9, paragraph 51, “… (as set out in paragraphs 9, 20, 29, 32, 35, and 41 above) …” should read as “… (as set out in paragraphs 9, 20, 29, 34, 35, and 41 above) …”.

4.At Page 10, paragraph 52, “… They add up to HK$8,141,841.66.” should read as “… They add up to HK$8,257,001.66.”.
