1. This is a theft (pick pocket) case. According to the prosecution’s opening, the offence was committed by a group of 5 persons acting in concert. D1 and D2 were amongst the group and there were two other unknown males (referred to as A and B) and one unknown female (referred to as C). The police found this group acting furtively on the MTR train platform and kept them under observation. The group left the MTR station and out onto the street.
