On 10 December 2021, I handed down my Judgment (“ Judgment ”) in the trial of (a) the mortgagee action in HCMP No. 1484 of 2019 (“ 2019 Proceedings ”) and (b) preliminary issues in HCA No. 1852 of 2020 (“ 2020 Action ”) and HCA No. 153 of 2021 (“ 2021 Action ”). For convenience I will adopt the nomenclature in the Judgment herein.
