1.  Page 23, paragraph 55 “I grant a declaration that the plaintiff had acquired a good possessory title to the Portion, identified and coloured yellow in Schedule II annexed to the Amended Consolidated Statement of Claim, prior to and at the date of the Resumption.” should read as “I grant a declaration that the plaintiff had acquired a good possessory title to the Portion, identified and coloured yellow in Schedule II annexed to the Amended Consolidated Statement of Claim, prior to and at the date of the Resumption. The said Schedule is now appended to this Judgment”.
