Please note the following amendments in the Assessment of Compensation dated 14 September 2022:-

(1)Page 1, 12^th line, “Date of Decision” be replaced by “Date of Assessment of Compensation”.

(2)Page 5: a new paragraph “As for interest, I award interest on the compensation at half judgment rate from the date of the Accident until the date of judgment and thereafter at judgment rate until payment.” be inserted as paragraph 14.

(3)Page 5: paragraph 14 be renumbered as paragraph 15.
