Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision on Assessment of Damages dated 3 January 2023: -

1.   At page 22 between line I and L, the words, “The calculation of loss of earnings arising from the deprived contract is ($1,096,697 - $282,452)  $1,562,942.  Assuming tax would have been payable on that income at 15%, the net amount of lost income would be $814,245”, should read as “The calculation of loss of earnings arising from the deprived contract is ($1,096,697 - $282,452)  $814,245.  Assuming tax would have been payable on that income at 15%, the net amount of lost income would be $692,108”;

2.   At page 25 between line B and C, the words, “I assess the damages payable to the applicant in the total sum of $817,375 with interest as detailed above”, should read as “I assess the damages payable to the applicant in the total sum of $695,238 with interest as detailed above”;
