1.Page 6 at paragraph 18: “18 December 2018” should read as “18 December 2021”.

2.Page 7 at paragraph 20 (1): “The Plaintiff do pay the Defendant’s costs of this action on indemnity basis, summarily assessed on the District Court scale at $1,150,000;” should read as “The Plaintiff do pay the Defendant’s costs of this action on party-and-party basis up to 17 December 2021 and on indemnity basis as from 18 December 2021 onwards, summarily assessed on the District Court scale at $1,150,000;”.

3.Page 7 at paragraph 20 (2): “18 December 2018” should read as “18 December 2021”.
