Having considered the statements of costs lodged by the plaintiff in the two appeals and the lists of objections lodged by the 1 st and 2 nd defendants respectively, we summarily assess the costs awarded to the plaintiff on an indemnity basis as follows: (i) in CACV 169/2022, the sum of $417,817; (ii) in CACV 170/2022, the sum of $375,726.
