---------------------- 勘誤 ---------------------- 現謹通知2022年12月22日的判決書有以下修改： 第五頁第二十（ii）段更正為︰ 申請人須支付答辯人本案2018年12月3日及之後，按彌償基準計算的訟費及支出。利息由2018年12月3日至2022年10月5日期間，以高於判定利率5%的利率計算，之後利息按判定利率計算，直至全額完全支付為止。如果雙方未能就金額達成一致，則可申請進行訟費評定；
