On 3 February 2023, we handed down our judgment dismissing the Notice of Motion of the 1 st defendant for leave to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal with an order nisi that she is to pay the plaintiff’s costs of this application. We directed the plaintiff to lodge a statement of costs for summary assessment.
