The Liquidators of the two companies, the subject of the two winding up proceedings, have issued summonses in both proceedings under section 275 of the Companies (Winding-Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance , Cap 32, against Mahesh Nanik Dayaram and Pitty Kwok Kwai Wah for their involvement in alleged frauds of the companies’ creditors.
