This is an appeal against the decision (the ‘Decision’) of Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan (the ‘Judge’) of 17 May 2022 refusing to grant leave to the applicant to apply for judicial review against the decision of Torture Claims Appeal Board (the ‘Board’) dated 26 February 2019 dismissed his appeal against the decision of the Director of Immigration (the ‘Director’) dated 29 December 2017 rejecting his claim for non refoulement protection.
