Please note the following amendments in the Judgment handed down on 5 May 2023:

1.On page 21, in the penultimate line of paragraph 44, the word “sometime” should be “some time”.

2.On page 39, in the 6^th column of the table in paragraph 102, the percentage “-65.6%” should be “-19.8%”.

3.On page 50, in the 1^st row of the table at the top of that page, the sum “$25,700,000” should be “$26,800,000”.

4.On page 50, in the last line of paragraph 123, the word “R2” should be “R3”.

5.On page 52, in the 4^th line of the quote in paragraph 130, the word “Wherethe” should be “Where the”.
