Please note the following amendments in the Judgment handed down on 21 March 2023:-

1.Page 2, paragraph 4 “… The proceedings was settled as D1 paid a sum of HK$338,000 (inclusive of costs) to P.” should read as “… The proceedings was settled as D1 paid a sum of HK$338,000 (exclusive of costs) to P”.

2.Page 29, paragraph 120 “The sums claimed by D1 (which are not disputed by D2) are as follows:
