2. 案情指，被告人於2022年4月14號凌晨4時左右，爬入大埔汀角路41號，用當時外牆的一幅棚架，登上1樓，經1樓窗戶潛入位於該處的「聯益鄉公所」，之後將所內的一個鐵櫃撬開，並取走櫃內300元硬幣。
