In page 7, paragraph 9, line I should read “I make a costs order nisi that there be no order as to costs as between the Applicant and the 1 st , 5 th and 6 th Respondents in respect of the proceedings after 12 July 2022. I order that there be costs in the cause as between the Applicant and the 2 nd to 4 th Respondents in respect of the case management conference hearing on 2 September 2022 ”.
